Functional Medicine Telehealth for Ohio Residents

Dr. Ruth Odoi

Structured, physician-led evaluation for women with hormonal and metabolic imbalances — delivered virtually, with clear scope and intentional boundaries.

This Is Not Primary Care

Oasis Functional Medicine is a specialty medical practice focused on in-depth evaluation of complex hormonal and metabolic concerns.

This practice does not provide:

  • Primary care or urgent care

  • Same-day sick visits

  • Ongoing medication management outside a defined care plan

  • Routine annual physicals or preventive screenings

Functional medicine here is delivered through a structured, stepwise process designed to determine appropriateness before deeper work begins.

How Care Works (Three Distinct Steps)

Each step has a different purpose. They are not interchangeable.

Step 1: Wellness Consult

$100 (20 minutes)

Purpose: Determine fit and scope

The wellness consult is a brief, physician-led medical conversation designed to:

  • Understand your primary concerns and goals

  • Clarify whether functional medicine evaluation is appropriate for your situation

  • Set expectations about the depth and structure of care

This visit does not include:

  • Lab interpretation

  • Treatment recommendations

  • Functional medicine planning

At the end of this visit, we decide together whether moving forward with a comprehensive assessment makes sense.

Step 2: Foundational Functional Medicine Assessment

$697

Purpose: Clinical clarity

Patients who are appropriate for deeper evaluation may proceed to the Foundational Assessment, which includes:

  • A comprehensive review of your medical history and timeline

  • Interpretation of relevant blood work and prior testing

  • Identification of likely hormonal and metabolic drivers

  • A personalized care plan and recommendations

This assessment is designed to answer:What is actually driving your symptoms, and what would help?

It is also the point at which we determine whether ongoing functional medicine support is appropriate.

Step 3: Optional 6-Month Functional Medicine Program

Purpose: Implementation and outcomes

Some patients choose to continue into a structured 6-month program focused on:

  • Implementing the care plan

  • Monitoring response over time

  • Adjusting treatment thoughtfully

  • Providing accountability and support

This program is discussed only after the assessment and review of findings.

There is no obligation to continue beyond the assessment.
